We are here!!  The official kick off of summer!!  Smoking grill, succulent steaks, buttered corn, all sorts of colorful desserts, the list goes on!   I’ll be doing a 3 part Mini Series to help you get some great ideas for your Cookout!  Today’s will be the main part of your BBQ and let me tell you, I was drooling while making today’s list.  Hearty main courses and sensational sides.  Read on dear reader…read on.

Everyone loves a good BLT!!  Why not make it into a salad?  There is crisp bacon along with tomato and some other crunchy veggies in this outside the box noodle salad that is sure to be a hit.

5.  Cheerwine Baby Back Ribs

First time I heard you could add soda to ribs to help it cook and tenderize as well as help with flavor, I thought we were a nation of very unhealthy eating.  BUT…let me tell you, it does help!  lol.  So I can’t wait to try this recipe!


6.  Parmesan Garlic Grilled Corn

I love some corn!  This just looks heavenly to me.  Pair it with some meat that’s been grilled and you have a recipe for a meal that hits the spot.


7.  Chipotle Burgers with Creamy Avocado Sauce

I’m not a huge fan of spicy food, which anyone who knows me personally will tell you lol.  But seeing as a ton of my friends do, this one had to make the list!  I cant wait to make the Creamy Avocado sauce!


8.  Bacon Ranch Grilled Potatoes

I want these for dinner!  Look so good.  Sounds like a baked potato.


9.  Cajun Style Foil-Packets

Another spicy recipe for my friends!  This one doesn’t even need to have spice for people like me.  But it looks sooooo good!


10.  Balsamic Garlic Grilled Mushrooms

I love a good wonderfully cooked mushroom.  I can’t wait to try this on the grill next time we cook out!
